To change a user's level such as from general to administrator (note that admins can see and do anything in your Grouptrail database and you can have more than one admin), follow these steps as a site administrator:
Step 1: Select "Users" under the "Admin" drop down menu in the header
Step 2: Click on "Administer: access & alerts"
Step 3: Select the user role level you would like to change the user to and be sure to click on "Update user" when you're finished making the update
