Our updated features in trackers now allow you to use AND/OR logic and also show presence or absence of a form, like a Case Note. In this article we will guide you through creating trackers with these new features, here are the steps:
Mouse over "CREATE" or "ADD NEW/TRACK" on your site, then click on "Create a Tracker.”
Leave it on the selection that says "Search Filter," and hit "Choose options."
Name your tracker, make sure the correct “Data Category” is selected, and select "Group by" for the ability to drag and drop between statuses.
In the Tags section choose a Tag.
Select which Tag option you want to filter by.
Here is a helpful definition of terms:
- Has any - This selection will make it so that you see any workspace that has at least one of those values.
- Has all - This selection will allow you to filter for only those workspaces that have all of the selected values
- Has no tags - This selection will filter for workspace that have no values for this field
- Without - This selection will filter your tracker so that it displays only workspace without the selected value
You can continue to add more fields and use AND/OR logic.
Filtering for Forms
In the Tag section you can also filter for the presence or absence of a Form. If you are tracking outreach and interactions through a form this will be really helpful because you can see who you have interacted with and who you haven’t interacted with. And you can filter by time frame. For instance you could see who you have not had an interaction with in the past two weeks.
First make sure that you have a Form selected at the top of the Tracker creation screen.
Next select if you want to display workspaces with or without applicable forms.
Finally, if you want to limit by date scroll down and select the Date field and the Date Range you would like to use.
Once you have all your criterias set, your tracker is good to go, click “Add to Dashboard.”
That's it! Now, you can easily keep track of your students and their progress, as well as staying on top of your forms. Remember that you can always edit your trackers. To do so, simply open the tracker and press “Edit.”
If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
