Receiving a site invitation

If you have been invited into an FMYI site, you will have received an email with a link in it that gets you started. If you think you should have received an email invitation but can't find it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folders - sometimes the invitations can wind up there. If it is nowhere to be found, contact the site admin and they can resend your invitation.

By clicking the link in the invitation, you will be taken to the following screen:

The three options outlined above will take you down the track of your choosing.

1) I've used FMYI before

If you have already gone through our registration process, this is the option for you! If you aren't sure, or can't remember your username, then follow this link to rediscover your username: https://interact.fmyi.com/forgotUsername

2) I haven't used FMYI before

This option will take you to our registration page, where you will create your username and password.

Be prepared with a few usernames in case your go to is taken. It can also be useful to use the same username you are using at work or with your organization.

When you are choosing a password, you are required to create on that contain numbers and letters and is at least 8 characters long.

3) I decline

You really don't want to use the awesome site someone on your team has created? If you are certain, go ahead with this option. If you decline an invitation by accident contact FMYI Support for help since the site’s admin will not be able to re-invite you on their end.
