Each workspace page is designed to provide a place to store information relating to a specific project, client, idea, conference, or whatever other business needs you may have.
Add Post: You can add posts in the form of a message, file, link, event, task, or form towards the bottom of the page. You can choose to alert others via email, or include reminder emails. The workspace page will then keep a time and date stamped record of each post made.
Featured Custom Field: Here you can highlight information about the workspace page that comes as varied data. Additional custom fields can be found on the right-hand side of the workspace page.
Featured Search Label: With these you can highlight information about the workspace page where the data is chosen from given options. Additional search labels can be found on the right-hand side of the workspace page.
Workspace Page Title: This is the name of the project, client, idea, event in which you are working on!
Workspace Page Description: Here you can add details about the project that will be highlighted, and might be more information than can fit into custom fields or search labels.
User Access: In this area you can see who has access to the site, and what level of access. If you are working with confidential information, you can double check this area to make sure the workspace page is visible to only those who should see the information.
