Signature Forms Overview

Use your existing fillable-PDF forms to simplify sending forms and tracking signature status through Grouptrail.

  • Select Grouptrail fields to populate the form
  • Upload your fillable-PDF
  • Map the selected Grouptrail fields to the PDF fields
  • Prepare and email the form directly from a workspace
  • View sent status and signatures
  • Use Trackers on your dashboard to sort and filter the data and provide an overview of the information that matters most to you!
