Why can’t my staff see…?

Steps in troubleshooting

Workspace	Is the workspace in the correct subcategory? If using subcategories check to make sure the workspace is correctly assigned	Is user on right team?  Check the Subcategory to make sure that it is connected to the correct team.Then make sure the user is on the correct team.	Does this team have access to see this data type?  Check Read/Write Permissions ->check all settings and Check Permissions and Resolve any Variants	Double Check: Users> Switch in as user to make sure you fixed the issue
Goal	Is goal activated/live? Check Goal ->make sure it says LIVE	Do the correct users/teams have access to the Goal? Check Goal -> Edit Goal-> "Who can see this?" and ensure the right teams can see the Goal	Is the Goal connected to the correct subcategory? Check Goal -> Subcategory	Are the following turned on: topics, tags, text fields, subcategory and team settings? Check Data Type -> Enabled Data Fields	Double Check: Users> Switch in as user to make sure you fixed the issue	If the issue persists Deactivate and Reactivate the Goal
Report	Are the right users/teams selected to view the report? Check Custom Reports>select report>permissions	Is the user who should see this report on the right team? Check this through Teams or Users	Can the user see the Reports Tracker?  Check Reports tracker >  Publish Options	Switch in as user to make sure you fixed the issue
Tracker	Is the right user/team selected to see this tracker? Check Tracker permissions	Is the user who should see this report on the right team? Check through Teams or Users
QV Tab	Are the right QV tabs activated? Check Data Categories ->select display tabs
Tag or custom field	Is the field enabled? Check Data Categories >select custom fields and tags	Is the field featured? Check Data Types> Featured Data Fields
For Profile Data Categories	If the subcategory team link is removed & the goal is cycled (deactivate, update 'who can see this' = Coaches, activate) => then user can see the goal.
Auto complete	Are the workspace names not appearing as you type?  Check Read/Write Permissions for the linked Data Categories
