How do I deactivate users?

Make sure that you are keeping your user access up to date by deactivating users that should no longer have access. To deactivate users: Admin -> Users -> Batch update and deactivate users and select the users you want to deactivate.

Step 1: Admin-> Users

Step 2: Click Batch update

Step 3: From the dropdown, select Deactivate Users

Step 4: Select the checkboxes next to the names of the Users you want to Deactivate

Step 5: Click on Batch update
