Partner Connect: Uploading Attendance Spreadsheets (Guided Example)

Be mindful of the Naming Conventions when creating your CRLE Workspaces. A good example is: LHS. NIKE Career Day - 10.16.2019 (It’s short, includes the school initials, the name of the CRLE and the date)

Once you have created your CRLE Workspace and your Attendance Spreadsheet, make sure that the CRLE Name on your Spreadsheet is IDENTICAL to your CRLE Workspace (Copy and Paste from Workspace). Then follow these steps:

    • Go to Tools
    • Import Workspace
    • Upload File
    • What category are you importing? - Students
    • For which subcategory? - Default option: These will be assigned by mapping the imported data
    • Click on Select Mappings
    • Your Unique Key: Student Number
    • Click the Box Save mappings?
    • Next fields: Default Options (Make sure that the CRLE Workspace is showing: CRLE Que- Active and CRLE Requests)
    • Click on Verify Results
    • Check the option: Keep existing records and update the following fields
    • Click on the option Linked workspaces
    • Then check the option to: Add new linked workspaces
    • Click on Complete import

  • Done!

    • Go to the Workspace to confirm attendance was entered

  • Scroll down to the CRLE STATUS text field and check the box for Completed - CRLE opportunity completed

Prior to beginning we want to point you to the template spreadsheet we will be using to import information on the CRLE and those students who participated in the CRLE.  Be aware that when you save your spreadsheet please ensure you do not have spaces or special characters in the saved file name.

  • Click on Select Mappings
