What is a Tracker?
In the center area of your dashboard you will see “Trackers”. Trackers group individual workspaces by subcategories, tags and more, and can be filtered to show the particular results you need. Site admins can create trackers, and you can also create trackers by clicking the teal “Track” button at the top right.
Create a Tracker
To create your own tracker, click the “Track” button at the top right of your dashboard. (*Please note, if your site is using customized language, a different word may appear here, so just look for the binoculars and you know you're in the right place!) Hover over “Track” and from the menu click “Create a Tracker."

By default “Search Filter” will be selected when creating a new Tracker, but you can also choose to create a Tracker for a Featured Goal, Checklist, Goal Snapshot,Latest Activity, Reports, Form Count, Status Counts and Status Counts.
Search Filter Trackers allow you to group workspaces using tag-based information associated with those workspaces. Click the “Choose Options” button in the right of the window to customize the Tracker settings.

Name your Tracker (this is how it will appear on your Dashboard). Select your featured Data Category along with any additional featured options. Choose the applicable filters you would like to apply to narrow the results returned in your Tracker view. Lastly, you will select your Display and Publish options before adding to your Dashboard.
Edit + Organize your Trackers
Edit: When collapsed, to edit the Tracker settings, open the tracker view and click "Edit" in the upper right hand corner. This will take you back to the original Tracker settings so you can update as required or delete when the Tracker is no longer in u se.

Re-Order: Trackers are prioritized on your dashboard with pinned trackers on top, followed by featured and any additional general trackers below. For general Trackers, you can manipulate the order by dragging and dropping them into place.
Differences in color: Personal Trackers you create appear as white, those created by admins and/or shared with you appear as a shade of green.
Pin: Admins have the ability to pin shared trackers the top of a user or group of users' dashboards. This locks the Tracker in place at the top.
Feature: To feature a tracker that has been shared with you or that you have created, open the tracker view and click on the star "feature" icon. This will move the Tracker to the top of your dashboard. Simply follow those steps in reverse to "un-feature" the Tracker.
